Why our CSA?  

• Support your local farmer, while getting a variety of super fresh, in season produce for less than $25 per week.

• Food grown without chemical fertilizers or pesticides.

• Convenient pick-up locations: tentatively Nisswa, Baxter, Staples and/or Wadena

How does a CSA work?

• You partner with the farm by paying up front for a season of produce.  We then buy seed and plant in February/March, transplant into our high tunnel beds in April and outside beds in May, and you receive freshly harvested fruits and veggies from June through September.

What will be in my box?

• Enough of whatever is in season to prepare main or side dishes for 4-7 meals.  This will, as a standard, include Salad greens, Vine/Root vegetables, Fruit when available.  The amount/weight typically increases as the season progresses.

Where is Upper Oak Farm?

• We are located 13 miles north of Motley, just off of MN Highway 64 (15 miles west of Nisswa as the crow flies).

What do you grow at Upper Oak Farm?

• Leafy Greens: Lettuce, Cabbage, Kale, Arugula, Sorrel, Spinach

• Brassicas: Broccoli, Brussels Sprouts,

How do I Join?

• Fill out your information below and we will send you an invoice.   We are offering 15 shares this year at $349 per share.  We use Square as our online payment processing system.
