Rhubarb, strawberries, blueberries and apples are wonderful in pies and desserts.

Vegetables
New and exciting vegetables come into season each week throughout the summer and fall. From broccoli to carrots, asparagus to watermelons, we grow over 30 varieties.



Greens and Herbs
Fresh salad greens are available all summer long, including lettuces, cabbages, kale and spinach. Our herb garden includes all the standards: Basil, Chives, Coriander, Dill, Lemon Balm, Lemongrass, Mint, and of course "Parsley, Sage, Rosemary and Thyme"!
